Hardworking and dependable General Crewmen support our lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal operations. You'll keep crews moving by assisting with property maintenance, cleanup, equipment handling, and general labor. A foot in the door with a fast-growing company, learn the industry from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Assist mowing and trimming crews on job sites
  • Property cleanup, debris removal, professional appearance
  • Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
  • Help crews complete routes efficiently and on schedule
  • Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment organized and clean
  • Assist with seasonal projects and snow operations when needed

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
  • Team-oriented and willing to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and stay productive
  • Landscaping or construction experience a plus, not required

Qualifications

  • Commercial mowing experience preferred, not required
  • Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing conditions
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Able to work independently and stay productive
  • Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Valid driver's license is a plus
